Massage Your Face Using Your Hands

You only need three minutes for this simple facial massage. It can be done anytime, anywhere, using your own hands.

1. Gently lift your jaw in an upward direction, moving from your chin to the base of your ear. Do this lifting motion 10 times on each side of your jaw.

2. Start by massaging upwards from the base of your nose, going against the natural curve of your cheekbones.

3. Begin by massaging your forehead, from your eyebrows up to your hairline. Repeat this process 10 times.

4. Gently squeeze the top of your nose (right between your eyes) and massage upwards, starting from the bridge of your nose. Repeat this movement a total of 10 times.

5. With both hands, position one finger above and another below your eye. In the video, she demonstrated by placing her middle finger on the upper eyelid and her ring finger beneath the eye.

Next, gently move your fingers outward at the same time, bringing them together at your temples. This simple technique can help ease tension in your eye muscles and reduce any puffiness around your eyes.
